Agreed. And don't take my uncertainty as disagreement or any kind of expertise - when I say I'm not sure, I really mean it. I'm naturally an optimist who believes things are getting better, so the last few years have been tough.

For me, Dartmouth is: inside the Circ, on the east side of the harbour. Outside that you get Westphal, Port Wallace, Woodlawn, Woodside, etc. It's not perfect, but it works!

Can confirm that it is extremely stable. I leave my bike unattended on the train and it's solid as a rock.
