It's not always clear how DriveThru picks titles, but I think title filters are part of it. I think Halloween takes the "horror" filter. (And this year post-apocalyptic for some reason).
But don't try to game the system by checking filters that don't apply. That just makes everybody grumpy.

Yes, you're using the word in different ways, but the way you're using "structure" is not people generally mean when they say "structure of a story." They mean how it's organized. It's a valid use, so I don't think it's fair to say "no, actually," just because the word has multiple definitions.
