This is what we need in our district. I am the ONLY candidate for city council in our district who supports the Responsibility to Shelter plan to bring everyone indoors. If you agree we must end the era of street encampments, join us at www.votoquevedo.com

What do all these establishment politicians have in common? They voted no on Prop 36 and yes on my opponent. The same people who said no to common-sense public safety reform that nearly 70% of Californians voted for are supporting Gabby Chavez-Lopez in this election.

For this week’s #SmallBusinessSunday, I visited 3Below Theaters on Second Street, a family-run business that brings film, live theatre, and programming to the heart of our downtown. With its unique offerings and welcoming atmosphere, it’s a great spot to experience the arts and support local talent!

Last weekend, I joined the Wooster Neighborhood Association for a litter pick up. It was amazing seeing all the neighbors showed up wanting to make a difference in their neighborhood. Creating a safer, cleaner, more vibrant District 3 starts with community!

I am the only candidate in the race for D3 that supports the Responsibility to Shelter plan because it is the right mix of common sense, compassion, and accountability to come indoors when shelter is available.
Opinion: San Jose needs both compassion and accountability for homeless
Mayor’s proposal would support people where they are, while accelerating their transition from the streets to shelter.

Earlier this week, I had the chance to visit the WALLFLOWERS Arts Interactive ExPop. It’s pop-ups like these, whether in art, fashion, or other creative spaces, that truly give our city its unique energy and a sense of life. It was incredible to witness the dedication and passion behind this pop-up!

The bills are already too high. Paying to make the system safer and more reliable is one thing, but paying for record-high profits is not what we need right now (or ever).
Proposed rate hike would give PG&E highest profit rate of any utility in the country
(KRON) — Pacific Gas & Electric customers could see their bills increase next year by as much as $5.50. That’s what the utility company sent to the California Utilities Commission for app…
