People just don’t like hearing opinions that differ from their own. So, when the BBC do it right and get alternate viewpoints, people treat it like a football match. The number of complaints they get from people who think that the opposing view to their own should get no airing AT ALL is shocking

This is about the reputation of the BBC not about the money. But if the money could ruin the BBC that would be icing for him.

I couldn’t believe that no one was questioning in which jurisdiction he wished to sue, and whether that was actually possible. Let alone to question whether $1 billion was a sum he could EVER win, even if he was found to have a legitimate compliant.
