-Default approach: Lung Protective Strategy
-Assist Control (AC) appropriate for most
-RR 12-14, TV 6-8 cc/kg IBW. Incr RR to incr ventilation
5) Titrate PEEP + FiO2 together to achieve O2 sat over 92%
