Yes, I came to a similar conclusion after seeing Priscilla last month. I always like her filmmaking, even in the few films of hers that I don't wholly love.

Really taken by Lila Avilés' TÓTEM, which acutely captures the business of a family planning a party and the young girl in the middle of it all trying to make sense of a tragic inevitability that burdens them all. Out in UK cinemas late Nov/early Dec. #LFF

A privilege to hear the great Martin Scorsese speak for 100 minutes or so this afternoon (more than the advertised 75). His passion for his art and all that cinema has to offer is enthralling. #LFF
