Economic justice. Reform money system. Heal ecosystem. End school system. Panpsychism is probably right. People first. BA Russian.

And it makes a mockery of any claim to want new immigrants to integrate into the community.
It's the death of integration.

Absolutely right from @georgemonbiot.bsky.social one of the key tactics of online disinformation is to try deny how interconnected issues are; and to push a partisan “one truth” worldview.

Not particularly. Lots of people have been claiming that, but polling doesn't quite tell the same story. The Social Democrats are polling at about 21%, but they have a very different political system, and more coalition governments, so it is wrong to try and claim they have "held back the far right"

This is flat out bollocks by the Home Secretary. Nobody is seeking asylum in UK for the joy of being crammed into an overcrowded and squalid hotel and forced to eat inedible food, which is the case for many hotels. The UK is not "generous" and it's not a prime destination for people seeking asylum.

It is telling how many far right talking heads are celebrating Labour's anti-asylum policies. This is where we are at though. For all the "political grey areas" there may be, when it comes to human rights, not just for migrants, Labour has sided firmly with the far right.
