Not quite. It is definitely near-future/dystopian adjacent but entirely cyberpunk. The setting is more similar to something like Overwatch or Valorant.

New VS Old Noir, same design, just more refined anatomy, new hair, and better pose.

This gives off the same energy as “new diet starts tomorrow” but we all know it won’t last.
