Two Colorado cities have decided to ignore HB24-1007 and continue to impose occupancy limits based on family relationships. Northglenn and Black Hawk are daring residents (or maybe AG Phil Weiser?) to sue to enforce state housing laws.

The Colorado Assembly should pass a "YIGBY" bill at the next session and give churches a fast-track approval process to build affordable housing. Fort Collins churches own a ton of land, most of which is unused parking. #coleg
