A thing that still sticks with me is how normal Kyiv and Ukraine felt. Even after the initial invasion, the air raids/curfews, and the grinding warfare continuing on in the east, it felt vibrant, alive and free.

Mash Tun is busy so pivoted over to the canner as the filling heads have been inconsistent.
Recently replaced all the air lines/push fittings and ordered a full set of pneumatic cylinders as trying to diagnose issues randomly is daft.
Also god bless AliExpress. Cost of 5 cylinders = 1 from UK

To be fair, it's missed a few scheduled bolt tightenings as it's hidden away, and the seal is getting on a bit (Preventative > Reactive is so very important). I'll be fixing that moving forward.

Today's job: Servicing the Mash Tun agitator and cleaning out the roasted wort extract from the shaft seal leak trap.
No impact on quality and a very sticky job but even the bits you can't see need to look their best.
