I’m calling this 1-1. My local grocery store owner said you have to be more optimistic. No, you don’t.

Interesting call. Gazza drew all the action towards him, that’s for sure. I’m still waiting for a defender though. Think Ledley King was utterly dominant and composed and at the other end, Lineker, a constant threat.

And in Third place if you had to say? Sometimes a defender?

Just wow. This is real. Unbelievable.

Great Disney-film themed digressions Alasdair! We’ll take that along with the football chat.

Sorry. Lost faith.

Eze was the answer to a lot of Spurs problems: creative, positive, scores goals , lifts the crowd. Gob smacked we’ve missed him - no one else out there like him. Don’t think Levy has a clue how valuable he would have been on the pitch and symbolically. Just know we’ll bring back Eriksen …on loan.

Er yeah. That just about sums up Trump. All the above.

I once read in a business book: “Never make a deal in a room with a chandelier”. Maybe gold leaf’s ok.

Think Frank will frazzle in the spotlight and pressure to deliver. Nice guy but…

How many of the players will stay with Spurs or give their all for Spurs now their leader has been tossed away? You can’t buy that winning feeling. In two years, reckon most of our potentially brilliant back five will have been sold because they want to play somewhere else.

Looks like Ange has gone Alasdair. Thoughts?
June 6, 2025 at 5:12 PM
My thoughts exactly. PSG 2nd team vs Mighty Spurs. One can but hope….

Good point. Car industry saved (and Spurs win on same night). Starmer is a grown up, at least.

Exactly!
