Try doing a traceroute from your PC to 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS), then doing an extended ping test to each hop along the way (ie at least 50 packets with a byte size of around 1400). You may find that it's your own LAN. Commands vary by OS, Google will help you with the syntax. Hope this helps!
