Back Squat - push knees out
Deadlift - drive through feet.
Bench Press - Feet through floor, knees wide
Curl - Glutes engaged elbows by side
Military Press - Feet through floor, glutes engaged
General - more water less carbs

There are not enough hours in the day to do all the creative things I want to do. This leads to me struggling to know where to focus, if I should focus or should I trust where it is all leading me...
