It even handles "dynamic channels" - which is what I call channels that can have variables in them (i.e. a chat session) - with some Typescript magic.

I'm currently working on something like this. Custom lexicon and a featureset kind of like giscus. Far from done, but thinking on working on it in public at some point :)
