This is both good and bad : more and more people are looking for help for their mental health. But the number of people who experience mental health issues is rapidly increasing and there’s not enough practitioners…and the help is also getting burned out and needs help.

Reciprocity is key to preserve what we are lucky to still have. Too many people in the field of psychedelics have an outdated colonialist approach toward the local healing traditions that have kept this medicine alive.

There were cities in the Amazon rainforest until the conquistadores came and brought small pox causing massive epidemics. Using agroforestry it was possible to have sustainable sources of food without cutting down the forest
