I agree with this. Unchecked corporate power is a much bigger threat to the average American than undocumented immigrants.

Undocumented immigrants are less likely to commit crimes than US citizens and pay nearly $100 Billion in taxes annually, which is more than most corporations pay.

Trump has illegally bombed Iranian nuclear facilities. Iran threatened to target US assets in the region in retaliation if the US bombed them directly. Tens of thousands of American troops are now at risk due to Trump’s belligerence.

If Trump actually wanted to implement tariffs in a way that would incentivize domestic production and benefit the working class there is bipartisan support to do so. Unfortunately the tariff policy he’s implementing will just act as a regressive consumption tax.
