Year three of watching the peregrine couple near my apartment and it's hard to explain how much joy they bring me. They're goofy at times but mostly very regal and loaf-shaped.

I’ve been on a Limp Bizkit kick the last couple days and I’m realizing that Wes Borland really doesn’t get enough credit as a really sick guitarist. Block Durst out the next time you listen to a song and see.

From the coach's end, they're often not trained, and may not be considering the extra skillset needed to nuture people effectively.

Part of this was looking at the student's need for emotional validation, and the difficulties they have being aware of that need, communicating it, or accepting a lack of it.

Community teaches community in the FGC, and it's been something I've enjoyed exploring through #StreetFighter6.
I wrote on the complicated student-mentor dynamic, Survivorship Bias, and emotional context. I'm really happy with it. Shares are appreciated.
