Going to keep using the BBQ until the weather is too shit. Double ground 250g lean venison and 100g guanciale, seasoned with Worcestershire and soy sauces and shaped into patties. Served with Lagavulin 8 infused mayo, bacon, dill pickles, ketchup, and butter lettuce on a toasted Schär kaiser roll.

Dishoom uttapam stack. Yeasted rice and fenugreek seed pancakes with spiced jaggery caramel, cardamom vanilla yogurt, and berries. Probably the most effort I've ever spent on a stack of pancakes but totally worth it. I think this caramel could be great in a cookie of some kind.
