Oh yeah, the AI bubble is going to burst soon, and it's going to be bad for jobs and the economy. So much depends on Nvidia, and the AI companies are draining money. Their revenues are considerably lower than their losses.

for Tesla of $8.5tn to garner further investment and continue hyping up his boosters? I don't see this ending well for anyone involved.

As far as I know, you're right that the car business is floundering, and the humanoid robots pivot is just dumb. It does commit him to staying vested in Tesla until mid-2033 at the earliest, so maybe he could cash out then. Short-term, perhaps he can leverage the entirely notional future valuation
