It’s 13.5kWh so bigger than the BYD one seemingly. I paid extra for an additional unit that facilitates islanding. I don’t have exact price to hand but it was in the region of £7.5k. Can’t remember about guarantee I’m afraid.

Interesting. It sounds like things have improved a lot since the late 90s, though with a reduction in social housing provision.

I visited recently for the first time. It is an impressive building and a commanding setting, looking down over the city. Seemed to be mostly private rented now, but with new phases of the refurbishment planned for social rent.

Thanks anyway. Some appear to have had blown CWI retrofitted so if any of those are concrete it could be Easiform or similar but I think you’re probably right that there is some no fines as well. It’s a shame this info doesn’t stay public.
