BOOM! Just finished a 4 day trial in Marin County, CA.
I killed it! Defendant was represented by two attorneys that had been licensed longer than I have been, but they seemed disorganized and failed to ask crucial questions to prove their defenses.
My client is very happy! I love me job!

We live on a hillside. Our power was shut off an hour ago to by SCE to reduce fire risk in our neighborhood. They told us it may be 8 hours or more before power is restored.
A few new fires have emerged. It’s pretty bad out here.

@tristansnell.bsky.social we received this from opposing counsel, hired by insurance, on a loss of consortium claim. It’s disgusting. We objected and I’m going to move for a protective order, but the strategy clearly is to get her to drop the lawsuit.

Two hearings in LA this morning.
One, we were hired to bring a case to trial. Client was exposed to toxic chemicals and suffered injuries. Trial is set for April. Second involves a small business owner getting screwed.
I absolutely love what I do. I fix people’s problems. I right wrongs.
