Cast iron dutch oven was the "secret" code for the best sourdough that we have had at home. This is looking pretty good though! And very sliceable.

Wasn't able to close out Friday this year like I hoped. Always enjoy the final closing beers... but the Japan games booth is a solid pit stop!
