And your "faith" isn't a valid excuse to lessen others' existence and value... that's merely greed and insecurity.

Using Christ's words to directly question - not attack - choices and decisions will be a strategic and identifying method.

Thus the creation of "Read the Red Words" campaign:

@realtexaspaul.com Lake Tyler guy here... I thoroughly believe separating/severing this alignment of "Christian" values with the GOP will be the key element of eroding red control in rural areas.

I’m so tired of people claiming one thing and doing another.

So I’m going to independently seek to help St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with a matching donation on each purchase. My full transparency reports will be available soon!

I’m working on a campaign called “Read the Red Words”

The Carlson case is a prime example of that... 90% opinion programs hosted on a "news network" but Fox lawyers argue "reasonable" viewers watch with an "appropriate amount of skepticism."

Programs like that should be labeled at the start like infomercials and a ticker throughout for accountability.

I’m going to start using “Your fruit is rotten” response along with the classic Southern “bless your heart” more regularly…

Though it sounds like a Catch-22, it’s really a matter of how you present it OR try and force it down another’s throat.

We can coexist and thrive without the need to “be right” but that’s a deeper therapy answer for many…

The role of Journalism is not defining the boundaries, but getting the information to the public… we have then allowed ourselves to be aggregated info and opinions, told what to think about and what to care, how to respond, instead of developing our own opinions from the presented information.
December 8, 2024 at 4:00 PM
But I could still argue that 1+1 is 3, never be convinced otherwise, and that would be my antithetical bias/judgement towards math - regardless of said boundaries…

Opinions or perspectives are bias of the individual void of the facts or truths and fought within the individual.

This is why higher education is so important - critical thinking, humanities + sociology, gaining perspective and experience… it all leads to better understanding and (hopefully) ultimately empathy.

Journalism states what is happening, not how you should feel or think. Again, that is media.
December 8, 2024 at 3:46 PM
Journalism does not answer questions.

It provides an overview with details that allows readers to form their own conclusions. Was “Animal Farm” about a literal farm or a bigger society issue? The individual draws their answer from their knowledge construct… some people do miss the bigger picture.
December 8, 2024 at 3:41 PM
With that logic, you could claim math - a concept defined/created by humans for processing - is bias.

In reporting particularly, journalism sticks with a formula.

What you are really referring to is noise within communication (see Schramm’s model). Semantic noise cannot be avoided - it’s just you
