Very happy to have shared the work we are doing at Howard County Medical Center with the Center for Health Services and Outcomes Research today. It's always helpful to have more big brains thinking about the problems I look at for 8 hours a day, and the validation that ours is important work.

By this time next week, I will be passed out on the couch after eating too much stuffing. In the meantime, we are GIVING handwritten notes of THANKS and a small bag of treats to our Population Health staff. Employee engagement is a year-round sport, not just right before the survey.

It looks like the PRAMS questionnaire, which has been administered with pregnant people since the 1980s, is no longer available from the CDC.
