I don’t know why we brought players like palmer in and don’t utilise them as the creative midfielders they are, and instead ask our back four to be the creative ones!

I feel like he needs to ask the players privately if they’re buying in to the system. If they’re not 100% behind what the manager wants then things will go from bad to worse.
