I think you are probably right, because I tend to have the same perspective of the results of those policies. In the absence of doing that digging for ourselves, I don't want us to give in to the temptation of correlating historical data with how we remember the past. That way lies MAGA...

I love your perspective, and I don't want to discourage you from sharing it, because it is unique and vital. However I wish this graph of party dominance correlated with any other data. And I think there must be a lot of other data to show why republican dominance does more damage than decency
