Pretty disturbed by some of the Kremlin framing on the Trump talks being bought by parts of the media worldwide. It’s as if the genesis of the war is entirely forgotten. This isn’t a conflict which needs mediation. It was an unprovoked act of aggression. It could end tomorrow if Putin just withdrew.

So dispiriting to have to reduce my pace by 3km/h 8 weeks out from the London Landmarks half-marathon, when I was aiming for a PB at the ripe old age of 47, thanks to injury. I’m very glad I’ll still be able to run it, but I hadn’t expected to be that fast 12 years on from my last PB.

Started looking at schools for our daughter. Saw one today that seemed great though had its pros and cons. On the one hand it's a faith school, but on the other it has a Warhammer after-school club.
