Too many UK MPs take second jobs, serve corporations, get rich.

Claim it helps to serve people.

Oh ... Hardly any volunteer to work for charities, hospices, food banks, housing associations ... there is no money in it.

Must ban second jobs for MPs.

MP’s second jobs are institutionalised bribery. They should be banned.

Remember when certain Tory party ministers discussed having an elected judiciary? You need only look at the US to see the sort of political influence they wanted on social and cultural issues via the back door.

Congratulations Trump voters, l didn’t need a report from Jack Smith, or the jury that found him guilty of 34 felonies, or the January 6th committee, or any of the thousands of reports that prove Donald Trump is a criminal that only ran to stay out of prison.
My question is, how did you not know?

Together? Shared values? @SenatorFischer, your husband refused to look at VP Harris. He refused to shake her hand. Did you approve of his behavior? Do you agree with that type of indecency & lack of civility? If not, call it out or take your version of "shared values" & shove it up your ass.

Unfortunately, the Rolling Stone is correct: Trump fomented an insurrection, and by legal maneuvers and feckless Republican allies, he has gotten away with it.

Emmanuel Macron denounces Elon Musk's "unacceptable interference" in European democracies by supporting "a new reactionary international".

Macron is the 4th European leader in the last 24 hours to speak against Musk, following Olaf Scholz, Keir Starmer & Jonas Gahr Støre.

Keir Starmer, "I'm very concerned about where the Tory party are going on this"

"Because if you're not prepared to stand up as a Tory MP and denounce what's been said about Jess Philips, who has now had threats made to her"

"Then you seriously need to consider why you're in politics"

This has to be the most dishonest reporting of an opinion poll I've ever seen

The survey actually found that over two thirds of voters *do not* think Starmer will be out of No 10 within a year.
