I know this feels relatively recent, but I have personally seen this trending in this direction for the past 15-20 years. It started with slow changes to expectations and requests by students but has compounded over time to where we are today.

That should have been a second yellow. Ref gave the game to Gotham. But based on how the refs did all year it isn’t surprising. The refereeing has been atrocious all year.

The @nwslsoccer.com needs to figure this out ASAP. They have the opportunity to be the premiere women’s league in the world, but to do that they need to keep the best US stars at home….which means paying them what they are worth
