Dude, yes! I'm the goto comic guy for my friends. It's so hard to recommend where to start. You'll be reading one storyline, and suddenly it crosses over with 8 other random issues, or some surprise villain from 30 years ago shows up, and you need to know that backstory. It gets so convoluted!

Every time Timm’s name is mentioned, the Babs/Bruce relationship is ALWAYS brought up & I’m sick of it. Timm was one of the driving forces behind so much greatness in DC/Batman, yet all people can do is single out that misfire. Can we let it go, and talk about all great things he contributed to DC

I dont kno much about how the comic industry works, but 2024 felt huge for comics. Everyone was talking about Ultimate Spiderman, Absolute Batman, Transformers, TMNT, Ghost Machine and more. So why are comic shops struggling? Rising costs of everything forced me 2 cut back, but is there more to it?

I had no idea that follow-back competition was thing. I guess since i don’t post and just follow people i like, it doesn’t bother me. Seems so alien to me. Maybe i should start posting to gain followers and understand how that feels.
