It’s a simple fix. If a team has a car finish in the top 10 in xfinity points the previous year then they are not allowed to run a driver who has declared for points in the cup series in any of their cars the next year. Simple. Quick. Easy.

I pointed at the guy from Jimmies crew and said “Oh him absolutely, not you.” He laughed his ass off and said “well, enjoy the race anyways.”
Seems like a cool guy, I was hoping to see him again at Portland this year so I could tell him I’m team Penske now. I wish him well.
