This fixed it for me, took 5 minutes to do. There are some other minor graphical glitches but not sure if that’s the same issue or not. Nothing out of the ordinary for a brand new game

Playing now on oled deck. Some text is small and some cutscenes don’t work with default proton layer. Was able to fix the latter with ProtonGE. Absolutely worth it though, I’m fucking hooked
