I cleaned my room today!!!!
Not 100%, but 20% and that’s enough to feel proud!
I know it may not seem like an accomplishment to most but when you’re disabled, something so simple really takes so much energy.
Not just organizing but also scrubbing!

Today… I saw a memorial written in sidewalk chalk, with an image taped to a post, adorned with plastic candles for a friendly soul that I met two years ago.
Her name was Bethany.
She was homeless.
She asked me for money, I told her I didn’t have cash but we could share a meal together.

It’s been a warm fall so you might still find some mugwort around. If you can, dehydrate it sooner than later to have it last through the winter.
I still have some from 2 months ago and it’s helped so much with cramps - I just add it to soup or drink as a tea
