Mind are an incredible charity that advocate for mental health awareness and provide support both to those who struggle with mental illness, and their loved ones. In an increasingly fractious and troubled world, their work is more important than ever.

Laura has experienced and overcome many mental health challenges, including a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) and major depressive disorder. Without the support from professionals and organisations such as Mind, they would not be able to be where they are today.
