Starting appertude today although I don’t know that it will make any difference. I haven’t had any prospects or even positive progress towards a date in over 2 years. Want my options open but yeah…. I may just need to resign myself to being alone forever now.

I may be beaten down, depressed, and scared but the political right won’t force me to detransition. I’m not out at work but I also don’t really hide myself any more and that’s a good thing. Being trans sucks but it’s a lot better than pretending to be cis.

I’ll be honest, I have no idea how the Supreme Court doesn’t override the tik tok ban. That feels like an open and shut first amendment case. Especially when no one can prove China is doing anything at all with it.

Being trans sucks. Constant dysphoria, hatred of your reflection, loss of acceptance, isolation, oh and half the flippin country would rather you just ceased to exist.
I still avoid gendered bathrooms when out in public. Some day I’ll have to face that but 😬

I did get up the nerve to go see the new therapist from the parking lot. I’d made it that far, what was the worst that could happen? Overall nothing much as it was the first meeting and very much a convey your life story type experience.

Alright. Terrified now. I (finally) got through the waitlist for a new therapist. Just drove to her office and sitting in the car with extreme amounts of anxiety about going in.
