Came back to a few overly large zukes too, which have been thriving this year.

Proper tomato harvest today, Black Russian and Cœur de bœuf. Last couple of hot days have done magic in the greenhouse. Going to be a feast.

Just the Riesling will do, thank you very much.

When in doubt, go for the Riesling.

Excerpts from a little solo wine trip through Germany (Unstrut, Lower Franconia, Black Forest, Mosel, Saale) and Alsace that I was on over the past nine days.

Also pretty cool that the book is now featured oh so prominently on the business books table, seems to be doing well 😍

Whenever I'm at Dussmann I like to sneak signed bookmarks and stickers into the copies of our book @intentionalorganization.com, hoping it brightens someone's day when they pick up a copy 😃

Lushest of greens in the greenhouse right now. Tomatoes and some aubergines on the left, chilis on the right. Basil sprinkled all over:

Harvest season continues. Zucchinis are growing well this year (though some of the blossoms have also fallen prey to the weeks of rain), tomatoes are ripening nicely, albeit taking on too much water:

First season (this is our fifth season growing veg overall) that we've been successful growing cauliflower. Going straight to the oven for dinner tonight!

Had a splendid time in London last week at @leaddev.com's LDX3 event. @saralouhicks.com and I got to give a joint talk in front of 900 people. We had a stockpile of books to get into people's hands and sign them. And we visited and appreciate our book on shelf at Dussmann in Berlin!

There are some upsides to walking home on a warm summer evening in Berlin.

What I'm really wondering after watching Thunderbolts the first time around is: what is happening to that guinea pig? Is it their new (in)official mascot? Is it joining the team? Maybe the second viewing today will reveal more?

Obligatory book selfie at Dussmann's Kulturkaufhaus, my favourite English book store in Berlin, where our book is now in stock! 😍

We love books so much, we made a super-limited run of pleather hand-bound books I had made at a local bookbinding shop. All done by hand. Custom stamp for the embossed gold printing. It's beautiful and feels so buttery soft.

How far are we from the 100x CEO? Or are we already there?

Oh it's just me surrounded by rye whiskey barrels at the Stork Club Distillery just outside of Berlin. Checking up on the merchandise, so to speak

Having just finished a book and enjoying the process of writing and creating something from an empty cursor, this part of the article deeply resonates.

“It’s the most beautiful business book I’ve ever seen,” said a person I was meeting the other day as I held up our book. It’s not just dense and actionable, the kind of book on management and leadership we wanted to see in the world, we wanted to make it visually pleasing, inside and out.

So happy and excited that our book "The Intentional Organization" is available for preorder, shipping starting on April 8! Been such joy to hold it in our hands for the first time and sign the first copies for friends, families, and our early reviewers! intentionalorganization.com/journal/we-w...

There’s little in a writer's life that rivals the thrill, excitement, despair, and the endless possibilities (and the challenge of exploring them) as an empty page in a notebook or a blinking cursor on a new and empty text file.

In my latest article, I explore the different personas of the CTO role. The question of what the CTO's role is now and what it should be comes up in my coaching practice constantly. Herein I dissect how you can find better answers to this question: intentionalorganization.com/journal/what...

Had been on a long break from making sourdough and made a decent comeback with this loaf. First one in a long time that I made in a dutch oven. With gratuitous landscaping work going on in the background.
