The awful truth is that he could still call the police to say that she stole things while he was gone. Don't know if this has gotten better in the last 30 years, but have had this happen to me when I moved out while my ex was gone.

THIS! When I'm watching streams and I have to turn my volumes up all the way and still struggle to hear the streamer, I typically don't stay around too long. It's just too much work to try and hear - especially if I'm doing other things.

That would be fun! And... while I would absolutely love a felt goatee from Community - I have one that was mailed to me from another fan that I will forever treasure (it has a place of honor near a painting and a frisbee).
