Perhaps by not being silent, you risk being physically attacked, jailed or deported. Sometimes silence is forced upon you... I say look to those that are quiet and see how you can help, because you may not fully understand their situation.

Small but important thought, shouldn't it be IOF, because to me, there is nothing defensive about what they are doing?
