🔍Our findings reveal that illiberal norms such as exclusion, violence, power inequality and authoritarianism are central both in the practices of MINUSMA, MINUSCA and MONUSCO, and in the agreements that accompany these UN missions.

📚💡Building on existing literature on illiberal peacebuilding, we develop a framework to capture how actors diffuse illiberal norms and politics through UN stabilisation operations and in peace agreements terms in the CAR, the DRC and Mali.
