Went to see zoolander at a second-run theater and me and my friend were the only ones there. I noticed something stuck on the screen which started to drive me crazy. Walked down to check it out and it was a gummie bear. It wasn't very high up so i jumped up and grabbed it.

Legal layman (who has never served on a jury) here with a couple questions.
Why did the foreperson sign the indictment if the full grand jury never reviewed it? Are they possibly guilty of something? Surely juror behavior/actions must be subject to some kind of legal standard.
