After watching a gameplay on YouTube of @notsodevy.bsky.social's latest Sonic.exe remake, and reading the game's GameJolt page posts, I had thought of writing this as a reflection between the past me and the current me.

I don’t think ppl understand the whole “who cares if nobody likes it! make content for yourself” is extremely dismissive
Bc we ARE making the content for ourselves but it feels /bad/ when people don’t engage or show interest. You can care about both at the same time

I think Alter Egos are bigger than the person behind them, and I secretly hate it so much. But there's nothing I can do about it, let alone that they be whatever they want to be.

It's been over five years since the release of this massive, open world, crossover action RPG! What initially began as a sequel to Monster World IV became a grand celebration of action games, their hybrids and gaming in general. I'm grateful it was so well-received! ☺️

Personal Opinion (no offense):
I've only recognized #AkiraIshida 's voice because of Ecolo in the Puyo Puyo series.
I didn't know he got a role for this game as well, until I googled Zero's VA.
Now, whenever I see and hear Zero, I can't help but think of Ecolo.
