Thoughts on how much of this could be explained by English skills? Seems like the first barrier to any type of publication for non-native speakers and scholars

Yeah, many are way too short still - I think the EU has a minimum threshold of 5 seconds but those can still be short especially on busy intersections around VSE where ISPP is

2/2 …survey data both within and without Ukraine in the context of the ongoing Russian aggression. These types of insights and studies would not be possible without these efforts. I am particularly indebted to the researchers at @sociologicky.bsky.social for excellent and robust survey sample.
