if you manage to catch the notification when it happens, it should flash which category it is from. if i had to guess is probably "Social > Social"

for some reason they hid the option to disable specific notifications‽‽ so you have to enable it on "settings > notifications > advanced > manage notification categories for each app". then on discord's notification settings there should be a categories section
