Today, in 2025, I listened to that song and thought “no wonder I always loved this song, it sounds like a Weezer song” and then, 28 years later, thought “and it’s called Rivers… oh”.

The fact that NOFX is #2 when I literally only listened to them on one day to learn some songs before their concert shows just how steep the drop off between #1 and #2 was this year.
