A president has a Constitutional responsibility to take care that the laws are faithfully “executed.” Trump must execute the laws passed by Congress and distribute these funds. He can’t unilaterally block (non-execution) them to work out some sort of deal that he politically favors.

I disagree, Tom. We have to stop worrying about artificial “norms” because we are dealing with people who will take power on Jan 20th & they want to cut all of our heads off. They wish to destroy the government & they are going to prosecute Trump’s perceived political enemies such as Jack Smith.

Jack, what do you suggest Biden does now? Give me so examples please.

My wife and I were talking about this the other day. It’s unbelievable that the Senate may not perform their constitutional responsibilities to vet these candidates for cabinet posts. The majority does not care about checks and balances.

Willy Herron was a fun player to watch He could leap. Very gritty player. My favorite player back then was Harper Williams. He was a hardworking big man. I met him a few years ago and he was a nice guy.

That was the most painful loss because they played really well, deserved to win and, as you said, made mistakes in the last five minutes. I was really pulling for them to win a tight ball game. To my eye, they are slightly improving every week.

That UMass Libery game might have been the most painful loss in UMass football history. The sad thing is that they played very well and should have won the game.
