If the Dems cave now, I'd bet anything that it'll be a death nell for their chances of flipping anything come the midterms. We won huge. The polls are showing that people are understanding the truth. The Dems need to take the mandate they've been given and right with every ounce of energy they got.

I feel that. Back when I still had hair I kept it long in college. One day while walking outside a friend passed me by and asked straight up if I put highlights in my hair. Even funnier is that my facial hair skews more toward being a reddish auburn color with a shock of blonde on my chin.

I love how, despite the government being shut down, they're announcing bullshit like this that will inevitably waste tax dollars.
