This morning, I finished painting this hat for my mom. It's been a while using Acrylic and I was worried about painting on fabric for the first time.

The hat turned put fine and my mom liked it, so that's a weight off my chest.

Facinating that the apps designed to reduce the friction of making purchases by "conveniently" saving a card info, so it doesn't need to be reentered every purchase, reduces the friction of making purchases.

My wizard costume gives me an excuse to pull out this old leather book cover I bought from Crimson Chain Leatherworks at a convention a decade ago. It's supposed to fit most A5 books, but it depends on the type you get and how thick the hard cover is.
