Started learning to play drums as a teenager. Was never allowed a set at home. At the tender age of 33 I’ve finally bought a set for my new house. The neighbours are going to love me 😰😂

Settled in to my house wonderfully well. While others look to the beach, the cities, the sun to ‘escape’ I find myself looking inward. Reflection and taking solace in my own inner peace is truly fucking peaceful.

Should have a completion date on my house purchase soon. Hoping for early January. Roll on getting in from work, sticking my butt in front of the fire and the tele and playing Elden Ring or RDR2 until an hour past my bed time every night 😍😍😍

Would very much like to be watching the #MosconiCup right now, but instead, the house is full of people who have been here for hours and are showing no signs of leaving any time soon. I shall continue to hide until they leave and hope nothing too exciting happens early on in the session 🙈😂

YouTube really is unusable isn’t it?! The ads in the app are flippin’ horrendously intrusive and pop up at the worst possible contextual time for the content you’re trying to watch 🤦♂️

I hate sleeping under a duvet, but it’s -462 degrees. As a compromise between my batshit crazy brain and my almost frozen body, the Sherpa fleece duvet cover has been utilised, sans duvet.

Took a day off work to get some paperwork done and to go through the full mortgage application process over the phone. Canna wait for 4:30am because that means it’s time for work and I’ll get a rest 🙈😂

Buying a house is weird. You’d think that with an offer accepted and no onward chain that solicitors would try to get the job done ASAP to maximise their work to profit ratio. The opposite seems to be the case 😂🤦♂️
