4+ mile woods ruck. Good to get out. I’ve got the 15k Salem GoRuck event next week. I’ve only had a few rucks over 8 miles this year so I don’t think I’ll be competitive. Should be a fun time.

Local woods ruck. Great time of year since there’s no bugs and it’s still dry out. Didn’t make great time but it was good to get out.

Vegan steak and eggs at Veggie Galaxy in Cambridge. The yolks have the right consistency and taste good. I would get this again after trying a few more items on the menu

Perfect weather for a woods ruck. The trails are still a little muddy from the heavy rain this week so it was a little slower pace than usual. 10+ miles with 20# in the Rucker.

Nice day for a ruck in the woods. Another 4+ miles towards the 250 mile goal. I’m on pace to only needing <1 mile a day which is doable. Only had 20# in the Rucker.

Light snow at Battle Road but that’s better than rain. 5+ miles with 40# and close to negative splits except for the stretch of boardwalk where we had to slow down since it was slippery.

Just ordered this patch and started tracking my rucks today towards this goal. The original march from Selma to Montgomery was over 19 days so I set that as my time-boxed goal. Fortunately, they allow for a cumulative total, not just consecutive.

My first visit to Battle Road since the great melt. We’ve had a few days in the 40’s and 50’s and almost all the snow is gone.
Leisurely pace for me with only 20# in the Rucker since I went heavy yesterday.
