You have an excellent foundation for a brutal powerlifting build. Take your time, find a real musclehead gym and either find a serious workout partner or if you can afford it, a powerlifting trainer. Train your rotator cuffs to prevent injuries and you will be a beast in a couple of years. Cheers!
